With over 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Lean processes, and continuous improvement, he brings a strong background in operations and project management to the sanitation industry. His unique approach blends technical excellence with community impact, particularly focusing on hygiene in underserved areas such as cemeteries and informal settlements.

Tebello started Mojapere with a bold vision — to offer premium, reliable, and environmentally responsible mobile sanitation solutions that uplift communities and create sustainable jobs, especially for the youth. Today, the business is proudly based in Gauteng, with aspirations to expand across South Africa.

Under his leadership, Mojapere aims to grow its fleet of VIP toilets, create employment for over 20 individuals, and become a trusted supplier to government departments, municipalities, funeral parlours, and event organizers.
